The Work is located along Second Street from Market to King Streets and consists of contaminated soil abatement; pavement renovation; boarding island, raised cycle track, curb ramp and raised crosswalk construction; work involving sewer and drainage, water work, AWSS, electrical, traffic signal, street and pedestrian level lighting, structural, landscaping, site furnishings, traffic routing, and all associated work.
