The Project is generally described as replacement, repairs, and upgrades of existing electrical power. lighting theatrical dimming system, and sound system at the school auditorium, along with replacement of stage draperies. Specifically, these include the following:
a. The Project will update the curtain draperies on the moving runner on stage.
b. The Project will replace the outdated 60 channel incandescent dimming system.
c. The Project will replace the DMX dimming control system.
d. The Project will relamp all theatrical fixtures and make repairs to defective units.
e. The Project will relamp all house lights.
f. The Project will replace the audio system, speakers, mixer boards, cabling, etc. with new digital mixing system and speakers.
g. The Project will replace the production intercom system.
h. The Project will add new video screen, video projector, switcher scaler.
i. The Project replaces all signal cable for audio, video and lighting control systems.
j. The Project adds new electrical power for audio equipment, video equipment and portable equipment.

BIDS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN MAY 17, 2017, at 11 AM.
