The Scope of Work includes, but is not limtied to, demolition of existing pavement and concrete, reconstruction of curb gutter, sidewalk, full section asphalt, drive approaches, and wheelchair ramp construction, imited AC Walk, and street lighting.

Engineer's Estimate is: $230,000

NBC Construction, as a "GENERAL CONTRACTOR" is requesting Proposal on "ALL TRADES" from all qualified Subcontractors and Suppliers, including SBE/DVBE/LBE/DBE/SBE/MBE/WBE firms for the following project: ORANGE AVENUE EAST SIDE STREET RECONSTRUCTION FROM LOWE TO ALTA AVENUE (Project #3549) located in Fresno, CA. BIDS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN May 23, 2017, at 3 PM.

PLEASE NOTE: All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a Labor Compliance Program (LCP) Prevailing Wages in effect on this Project and all contractors and subcontractors bidding this Project will be required to comply with the LCP. Project is available for viewing at the San Francisco Builders Exchange.
