The objective of the Project is to install a complete Total Solids Analyzer and its ancillary calibration system, to install a complete Dystor Evacuation System and to replace in kind two (2) boiler gas boosters, replace in kind gas monitors, and to replace the corroded structural members, roof, and to rehabilitate the two (2) gravity belt thickeners at the Southeast Water Pollution Control Plant. The Work is to be performed in San Francisco, CA.

Engineer's Estimate: $2,605,347
