| Description | The Project is generally described as: Replacement of +/- 1,920 sf of roof, including: demolition of two layers of existing roofing & slope; demolition of existing skylights and removal of existing AHU to be re-mounted and reconnected on new curb; new combo roof and overflow drain; infill of skylight openings and new roof sheathing; new sloped rigid insulation and roofing membrane; new roof structure with louvered vents over existing areaway; new wall mounted access ladders and roof hatches from building interior to roof to areaway; new flashings, coping and expansion joint covers around roof perimeter. The area of work will be unoccupied during the construction phase. Roof access will require a street use permit. Engineer's Estimate: $280,000 |
