The existing concrete roof structure and concrete slab will remain except where limited demolition is necessary to accommodate the new construction. This Project includes, but not limited to, new exterior walls and window systems to enclose a new classroom, new clerestory windows, new interior finishes and casework, new acoustical panels, patching of the existing roofing, and new mechanical and electrical systems for the classroom with connections to the existing systems.
