Platform, track/ overhead contact system work for the new track alignment including a single and double crossover, and associate light rail vehicle (LRV) signaling. In addition, there is other relocation work triggered by the aforementioned work.

The work generally consists of the following, but not limited to:
1. Demolition of the existing transit platforms and rail. Construct a new center platform better suited to accommodate the current users in the area and the ridership anticipated at the Warriors Arena & Multi-Use Complex.
2. Procurement and installation of new rail; installation of City furnished special track work.
3. Installation and testing of train detection infrastructures and control systems such as vetags, track circuits, axel counters and associated cabinets.
4. Utility work both above and underground including but not limited to storm and sanitary sewer, water, electrical and communication work, ductbank manholes, utility boxes, etc.
5. Overhead Contact System: Install trolley wires, spans, and trolley poles to accommodate the new track alignments.
6. Site work including street and sidewalk work, street lighting and traffic signals.
7. Testing, Training, and Start-up. A comprehensive program for testing, training, and start-up of systems and components installed in the work of this Contract, including preparing operations and maintenance manuals, providing training for City’s operating and maintenance personnel and completing start-up procedures and requirements as detailed in the Specifications.
8. Providing as-builts and all closeout documentation.
