The Project is generally described as: Contractor shall provide labor and materials for Structural Seismic Retrofit to Marina Middle School. Seismic retrofit work will include, but not limited to, concrete frame strengthening of Building D requiring installation of FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) components; subgrade compaction grouting for soil stabilization below Buildings C and D which is outlined in provided Geotechnical Report; chimney repair and stair improvements at Building A. Minor accessibility improvements at two toilet rooms shall also be included. All work includes removal and replacement of finishes required to perform structural improvements. This Project is to be completed during summer 2018.

NOTE: This Project is limited to work associated with seismic retrofit and accessibility upgrades. Items referring to window replacement should NOT be included in base bid.
