Scope of work includes Surveying, Waterlines (LPW & RW), Storm Drainage, Sanitary Sewer, Landscaping, Irrigation, Electrical, Concrete Paving, Striping, Fencing, and Park Furnishings.

This will be a Prevailing Wage job and subcontractors shall be required to agree to a Project Labor Agreement.

At the discretion of DeSilva Gates Construction, 100% Payment and 100% Performance bonds may be required as a subcontract condition. This will be a PREVAILING WAGE JOB AND SUBCONTRACTORS SHALL BE REQUIRED TO AGREE TO A PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT.
