WORK TO BE DONE:
A. The work includes, but is not limited to:
01. Sensitive habitat plant protection
02. Implement Best Management Practices for preventing Phytophthera
03. Environmental, hazardous or contaminated material work
04. Silt fence to contain construction limits in sensitive areas
05. Selective Demolition, off-haul and disposal
06. Brush removal
07. Clearing and grubbing
08. Erosion Control
09. Furnish and install trail surface material
10. Fabricate and install box steps
11. Fabricate and install stringer stairs
12. Grading and drainage
13. Bench new trail
14. Soil preparation
15. Install sutter walls
16. Furnish and install aggregate base rock
17. Furnish and install split rail fencing
18. Landscape planting (seed)
19. Install signage

Description

NBC CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING, INC. is requesting Proposals on ALL TRADES from all qualified Subcontractors and Material Suppliers, including DVBE/LBE/DBE/SBE/MBE/WBE Subcontractors and Material Suppliers for the Project advertised as: TWIN PEAKS TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS PHASE 2, 501 Twin Peaks Blvd, San Francisco, CA 94114. General Contractor bids are due on March 14, 2024, at 2:30 PM.

PLEASE NOTE: NBC Construction & Engineering requests Sub Bids by NOON on THURSDAY, MARCH 14, 2024, in order to allow ample time to review bids.

All Bidders are hereby notified that provisions of the Labor Code of the State of California, regarding Prevailing Wages shall be applicable to the work performed under this Contract. Pursuant to Labor Code Section 1773, the General Prevailing Wage Rates have been determined by the Director of the California Department of Industrial Relations and appear in the California and Federal Prevailing Wage Rates, which can be found at: https://www.dir.ca.gov/OPRL/DPreWageDetermination.htm. Future effective wage rates which have been predetermined and are on file with the CA DIR are referenced but not printed in such publication.
