b. Removal of existing built-up roof
c. New standing seam metal roof, gutters, downspouts
d. New TPO roofing membrane
e. New sheet metal flashings, reglets and copings
f. Miscellaneous rough carpentry and electrical work
g. Joint sealants
h. Abatement of hazardous materials
