The objective of the Project is to extend the electrical distribution duct bank network, replace low pressure water mains, and extend and modernize the emergency firefighting water system in San Francisco’s Bayview neighborhood. The Work is to be performed in San Francisco, California.

The LBE subcontracting requirement can only be met with CMD certified San Francisco Micro and Small-LBEs.

Mitchell Engineering encourage subcontractors quotes to utilize other LBE firms through second tier subcontracting, owner-operated equipment, or purchase of materials. In addition, all Material/Equipment Suppliers LBE are requested to forward bids. Mitchell Engineering also encourage non-LBE subcontractors/sub-tiers/material suppliers to submit bids for the following project.

Mitchell Engineering will be bidding as a Prime and requests Subcontractors/Vendors and Trucking proposals in the format of the Bid Form for the following trades: Tree Protection & Replacement; Utility Vaults & Power Vaults; Meter Boxes; 3 way 15KV-class 600A Submersible Cable Junction; Ductile Iron Pipe, Gate Valves, Valves; Power & Communication Vaults; 12 in ERDIP Flange Joint Pipe; Traffic Control & Traffic Supervisors; Concrete Sidewalk, Paving and Curb Ramp; and Cables, EPR 15kV, & HDPE Conduit for the Project advertised as: BAY CORRIDOR TRANSMISSION AND DISTRIBUTION PHASE 4 AND WATER IMPROVEMENTS (Contract #PW-011). Bids are due to Owner on April 11, 2024, at 2:00 PM.
