New Haven Unified School District (“District”) is seeking proposals from qualified persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations to provide constructability review, value engineering, master scheduling, cost estimating, budgeting, and construction services for the development and construction for the Cesar Chavez Middle School Fields and Drop-Off Project (“Project”), in accordance with the lease-leaseback structure set forth in Education Code section 17406, et seq.

EVRA CONSTRUCTION, INC., as a "GENERAL CONTRACTOR", is requesting bid quotations on "ALL TRADES" from all qualified Subcontractors and Suppliers, including certified/qualified DVBE firms for the Project advertised as: RFQ/P LEASE-LEASEBACK CONSTRUCTION SERVICES - CESAR CHAVEZ MIDDLE SCHOOL FIELDS AND DROP-OFF (RFQ/P #752) located at 2801 Hop Ranch Road, Union City, CA 94587. General Contractor bids are due to owner on July 8, 2025, at 10:00 AM.

PLEASE NOTE: EVRA Construction is requesting Subcontractor/Supplier quotes by 8:00 AM ON TUESDAY, JULY 8, 2025 (2 hours prior to bid opening), to allow ample time for review.
