The Project is generally described as, but not limited to: Removal and disposal of one (1) existing boiler and all related electrical and mechanical items; installation of two (2) new boilers; all associated electrical, mechanical and miscellaneous related work to complete the installation; testing and commissioning of the new boiler systems to complete the project.

There is hazardous materials abatement work in the project.

Engineer's Estimate: $200,000

General Contractor bids are due to Owner on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at 2:00 PM.
