The Project is generally described as improvements to the existing play yard. Work shall include, but not necessarily limited to:
a) Removal of portions of the existing concrete and asphalt paving;
b) Removal and relocation of storage sheds;
c) Partial demolition of the existing play equipment and playground protective surfacing;
d) Asphalt pavement repair works;
e) Installation of site amenities including basketball equipment and benches;
f) Installation of chain link fence and gates around the dedicated Kindergarten play yard;
g) Application of play yard resurfacing and coating including game line striping;
h) Installation of play equipment and playground protective surfacing;
i) Miscellaneous accessibility upgrades including drinking fountain and restroom signage.
j) Perform hazardous materials and lead abatement as described and specified in Specification Section 00 31 26.
