The Project includes the demolition of the existing rooftop HVAC system and full system replacement with an all-electric HVAC system. This project also includes the replacement of the roofing system, electrical upgrades including new switchgear, and lighting upgrades in the main library floor.

LYONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, as a Prime Contractor, is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified MBE, WBE, SBE, OBE, LBE, and DVBE firms for the Project advertised as: YGNACIO VALLEY LIBRARY UPGRADES (Project #WH430A / E25-053) for the following items of work, including, but not limited to: Demolition, Rebar, Structural Concrete, Finish Carpentry, Metal Fabrication, Built Up Roof, Sheet Metal, Joint Sealers, HM Doors and Frames, Door Hardware, Gyp Board, Acoustical Insulation, Painting, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Site Clearing, Earth Moving, and Fencing.
