Major components of Project Work consist of in-kind replacement for the majority of the central chiller water system which includes: two water cooled chillers, a refrigerant monitoring panel, two chiller water pumps, expansion tank, air separator, chemical pot feed, and selective replacement of chiller water piping to the new equipment. New equipment will not require new concrete pads as they will be mounted on their existing pad. The condenser water chemical treatment system will be replaced by a solid chemical water treatment system.

Estimated Construction Value: $1,461,300

W.E. LYONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, as a Prime Contractor, is requesting quotes from all qualified sub-contractors and suppliers, including quotes from certified/qualified DVBE firms, for the Project advertised as: Chiller Replacement Fremont - California School for the Deaf (Project #9478) located at 39350 Gallaudet Dr, Fremont, CA 94538, for the following items of work, including, but not limited to: HVAC and electrical.
