The Project is generally described as including, but not limited to: The project scope is to upgrade the existing athletic facilities including: new synthetic turf field, track repair and refinishing, long jump improvements, scoreboard replacement, fence refinishing with partial replacement of mesh fabric, new drinking fountains in existing locations, improvements to existing accessible components in two restrooms - restroom renovations in Building B and East Field House, and new accessible van parking stall. No change in use nor occupancy.

PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT: All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in effect on the Project and all contractors and subcontractors bidding this project will be required to comply with the PLA.
