This Project will replace the existing cooling systems and associated ductwork, piping, and electrical systems serving eleven (11) special system rooms (SSR). Tie-in and integrate the new controls to the iconics system. Provide temporary cooling for the entire duration of construction activities, ensuring SSR rooms' temperatures are maintained at 70 degrees +/-2 degrees fahrenheit.

Estimated Cost: $6,300,000 - $7,100,000

W.E. LYONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, as a Prime Contractor, is seeking quotes from SF CMD Certified Small LBEs or Micro-LBEs sub-contractors for the Project advertised as: HVAC REPLACEMENT AT SPECIAL SYSTEM ROOMS (SSR) - SAN FRANCISCO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (SFIA), Project #11835.61, for the following items of work, including, but not limited to: demolition, abatement, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Additional finishes repair work would include joint sealants, firestopping, drywall, acoustical ceilings, and painting.
