Scope includes Partial tenant improvement (TI) for basement, 1st, 2nd & 3rd floors for relocating the Allied Health program to John Adams Center. The program includes registered nursing, diagnostic medical imaging, and dental assisting program from Ocean Campus Cloud Hall to John Adams Center. Associated modifications to structural, electrical, mechanical & plumbing as needed. Restroom accessibility upgrade as needed.

Estimated Construction Value: $5,000,000

WICKMAN DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION, as a Prime Contractor, is seeking bids for all trades from sub-contractors and suppliers, including bids from certified/qualified DVBE/LBE/DBE/SBE/MBE/WBE firms, for the Project advertised as: JOHN ADAMS ALLIED HEALTH RELOCATION - CCSF (IFB #2026-095), located at 1860 Hayes St., San Francisco, CA 94117. Contractor bids are due to Owner on February 17, 2026, at 1:00 PM.

PLEASE NOTE: sub-contractor/supplier bids are due to Wickman Development & Construction NO LATER THAN 9:00 AM ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 2026 (always 4 hours prior to bid submittal), to allow ample time for review.

Participation Goals: It is the intent of Wickman Development and Construction to reach out to DVBE/LBE/DBE/SBE/MBE/WBE firms and suppliers and provide them with an equal opportunity to bid this project in accordance with the goals established and then to fairly review and choose to include complete and timely submitted bids in our bid to the Owner based on cost.

Union Affiliations: Wickman Development and Construction is signatory to the Carpenter’s and Laborer’s Unions of Northern California Master Agreement. All sub-contractors who intend to bid scopes of work to Wickman Development and Construction that fall under the Master Agreement of these unions must also be signatory to these unions or we cannot list them for that portion of work.
