a. Removal of the existing built-up roofing, metal roofing, skylight, roof drains, scuppers and overflow drains, sheet metal flashings, and associated roof accessories.
b. Installation of standing seam metal roofing and underlayment.
c. Installation of TPO roofing.
d. Application of pedestrian traffic coating.
e. Installation of unit skylights.
f. Installation of aluminum flashings, aluminum reglets and copings, sealants, and associated roofing accessories.
g. Miscellaneous rough carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical works.
h. Hazardous materials and lead paint abatement.

Estimated Construction Value: $1,200,000
