The Project is generally described as, but not limited to: Flooring Replacement of 7 classrooms and 1 office; Walkway Deck Resurfacing and Repainting of Courtyard Metal Railings and miscellaneous related work to complete the project. There is hazardous materials abatement work in the project.

Estimated Construction Value: $300,000

CER CONSTRUCTION, an Equal Opportunity Employer, is requesting quotations from all subcontractors and material suppliers, including quotes from certified/qualified DVBE, DBE, MBE, SBE, LBE firms for the Project advertised as: MARSHALL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL FLOORING REPLACEMENT, WALKWAY DECK RESURFACING AND REPAINTING OF COURTYARD METAL RAILING (SFUSD Project #12508), located at 1575 15th St., San Francisco, CA 94103. General Contractor bids are due on March 20, 2026, at 3:00 PM.

PLEASE NOTE: CER Construction is requesting bids NO LATER THAN 3:00 PM ON THURSDAY, MARCH 19, 2026, to allow ample time for review.
