The Project is generally described as:
a. Demolition work, but is not limited to: removal of existing metal roof and associated underlayment, roof insulation, gutters, downspouts and sheet metal flashings and trims.
b. New Work, but is not limited to: standing seam metal roof, roof insulation, underlayment, gutters, gutter screens, downspouts, sealants, sheet metal flashings and trims, painting, and all other associated work to complete the job.

Estimated Construction Value: $280,000
