Project consists of:
a. Demolition of existing play-box on south-east corner of the campus, along S. Fair Oaks Ave and prepare the site for installation of stockpiled 40'x60' modular classroom building and associated site and utility work. Connection of two modular classroom buildings including, but not limited to, building foundations, infrastructure utility tie-in, and specific interior M.E.P. connections.
b. Modular Building Manufacturer: American Modular Systems: Owner Furnished.
c. New play-box with resilient surfacing and all associated work. Play Equipment: Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI).

W.E. LYONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, as a Prime Contractor, is requesting quotes from all qualified sub-contractors and suppliers, including quotes from certified/qualified DVBE firms, for the Project advertised as: ELLIS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - NEW CLASSROOM BUILDING AND PLAYGROUND (Bid #2025-044) located at 550 E. Olive, Sunnyvale, CA 94086, for the following items of work, including, but not limited to: survey, site clearing & demolition, structural concrete, signage, fire extinguishers, skylights, play structures, plumbing, electrical, communication, security, fire alarm, grading and paving, slurry seal, site concrete, pavement specialties, painted pavement markings, playground protective surfacing, landscape, and site utilities.
