The Project is generally described as the removal and replacement of the roofs at the main and auditorium building including, but not necessarily limited to:
a. Removal of the existing built-up roofing and asphalt shingles, roof drains, scuppers and overflow drains, sheet metal flashings, and associated roof accessories.
b. Installation of TPO roofing system and asphalt shingles with underlayment.
c. Installation of aluminum flashings, aluminum reglets and copings, sealants, and associated roofing accessories.
d. Miscellaneous rough carpentry.
e. Hazardous materials and lead paint abatement.

Estimated Construction Value: $1,000,000
