W.E. LYONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, as a Prime Contractor, is requesting quotes from all qualified sub-contractors and suppliers, including quotes from certified/qualified DVBE firms, for the Project advertised as: WILDWOOD ELEMENTARY AND PMS 400 & 500 BLDG ELEVATOR MODERNIZATION located at 301 Wildwood Ave, Piedmont, CA 94611 and 740 Magnolia Ave, Piedmont, CA 94611, for the following items of work, including, but not limited to: painting, elevator, and electrical. All MEP&F subcontractors need to be prequalified prior to bid date. Prequalification can be completed through: https://www.qualitybidders.com/pages/contractor.
