The Work includes demolition, full depth recycling of existing pavement, placement of fill, grading, compaction, paving, construction of a pump station, drainage improvements, installation of flap gates, and utility protection. The work will require environmental management of some excavated materials. Additive alternates include replacement of existing drainage system and replacement of a conduit. | Description | WICKMAN DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION, as a Prime Contractor, is seeking bids for all trades from sub-contractors and suppliers, including bids from certified/qualified DVBE/LBE/DBE/SBE/MBE/WBE sub-contractors and suppliers, for the Project advertised as: PIER 80 IMPROVEMENTS (Contract #2879) , located in San Francisco, CA. Contractor bids are due to Owner on April 10, 2026, at 11:00 AM. PLEASE NOTE: sub-contractor/supplier bids are due to Wickman Development & Construction NO LATER THAN 7:00 AM ON FRIDAY, APRIL 10, 2026, to allow ample time for review. Participation Goals: It is the intent of Wickman Development and Construction to reach out to DVBE/LBE/DBE/SBE/MBE/WBE firms and suppliers and provide them with an equal opportunity to bid this project in accordance with the goals established and then to fairly review and choose to include complete and timely submitted bids in our bid to the Owner based on cost. Union Affiliations: Wickman Development and Construction is signatory to the Carpenter’s and Laborer’s Unions of Northern California Master Agreement. All sub-contractors who intend to bid scopes of work to Wickman Development and Construction that fall under the Master Agreement of these unions must also be signatory to these unions or we cannot list them for that portion of work.
