The Project is generally described as, but not limited to: removal and replacement of existing exterior wall finishes, windows, wall insulation, interior wall finishes and all associated work such as finish carpentry, sealants, expansion joint assemblies, sheet metal flashings, roof patch and repairs, elastomeric coatings, painting, including abatement of hazardous materials at the elevator tower of Presidio Middle School.

Estimated Construction Value: $1,100,000

ON POINT CONSTRUCTION is requesting quotations from all qualified subcontractors and material suppliers, including quotes from certified/qualified SBE, LBE, DVBE, DBE firms for the Project advertised as: PRESIDIO MIDDLE SCHOOL BUILDING ENVELOPE RESTORATION (SFUSD Project #12324-2) located at 450 30th Ave, San Francisco, CA 94121. General Contractor bids are due to owner on April 15, 2026, at 11:00 AM.

PLEASE NOTE: OnPoint Construction is requesting Sub Bids NO LATER THAN 9:00 AM ON WEDNESDAY, APRIL 15, 2026, to allow ample time for review.
