The Project is generally described as improvements to the upper and lower play yards, but not necessarily limited to:

UPPER PLAY YARD:
Remove existing playground surfacing and provide new acrylic playground surfacing system with slip sheet.
Provide striping for new game lines over playground surfacing.
Remove existing basketball post and provide two new basketball standards with footing, backboard, hoop, and net.

LOWER PLAY YARD:
Remove existing modular protective playground tiles below play structure.
Provide new modular protective playground tiles below play structure.

Estimated Construction Value: $230,000

CER CONSTRUCTION, an Equal Opportunity Employer, is requesting quotations from all sub-contractors and material suppliers, including quotes from certified/qualified DVBE, DBE, MBE, SBE, LBE firms, for the Project advertised as: YICK WO ALTERNATIVE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PLAY YARD IMPROVEMENTS (SFUSD Project #12554), located at 2245 Jones St., San Francisco, CA 94133. General Contractor bids are due on April 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM.

PLEASE NOTE: CER Construction is requesting bids NO LATER THAN 3:00 PM ON THURSDAY, APRIL 16, 2026, to allow ample time for review.
