Demolition and replacement of concrete pool deck slab on grade, including replacement of utility distribution, and storm water collection system. Demolition and replacement of scoreboard. Demolition and replacement of 10’ high chainlink fence and fence gates. Demolition of portion of existing freestanding wall. Installation of new PC shade structures and new 5-row non-elevated bleachers. OFOI. Installation of (4) 50’ high Musco sports lighting poles and fixtures. Installation of acoustical panels on exterior wall of existing Gym building. Construction of new 1,270 SF building with restroom and storage facilities. Routing and connection of site utilities (including storm drain, sanitary sewer, water and electrical power/data) to pool deck and new building.

LYONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, as a Prime Contractor, is requesting quotes from all qualified sub-contractors and suppliers, including quotes from certified/qualified DVBE firms, for the Project advertised as: SWIMMING POOL UPGRADE, WILCOX HIGH SCHOOL (Project #1187) located at 3250 Monroe St., Santa Clara, CA 95051, for the following items of work, including, but not limited to: survey, demolition, abatement, structural concrete, polished concrete floors, structural steel, steel decking, decorated perforated panels, rough carpentry, rainscreen, waterproofing, insulation, air & weather barrier, TPO roofing, metal roofing, sheet metal, joint sealers, doors/frames/hardware, access panels, storefronts, glazing, louvers, metal stud & drywall, plastering, ceramic tile, metal ceiling, FRP, epoxy flooring, acoustical treatment, painting, signage, toilet compartments and accessories, fire extinguishers, swimming pool, non-elevated frame type bleacher, plumbing, HVAC, DDC, electrical, comm/data, fire alarm, grading & paving, site concrete, fencing, and site utilities.
