Scope includes, but not limited to, barrier removal of exterior improvements, interior renovations: office renovation, accessibility upgrades, restroom remodels, fire alarm systems, new finishes, owner provided modular systems furniture (MSF), low voltage and
electrical distribution, HVAC modifications, door hardware upgrades, selective hazardous materials abatement.

Engineer's Estimate: $22,808,900

W.E. LYONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, as a Prime Contractor, is requesting quotes from all qualified sub-contractors and suppliers, including quotes from certified/qualified DVBE sub-contractors, for the Project advertised as: DMV HEADQUARTERS BUILDING WEST RENOVATION (Project #9148B), located at 2570 24th St., Sacramento, CA 95818, for the following items of work, including, but not limited to: demolition, site concrete, cement underlayment, metal fabrications, metal stairs, casework, firestopping, joint sealants, doors/frames/hardware, storefronts & glazing, automatic entrances, metal framing & drywall, tile, acoustical panel ceiling, flooring, epoxy floor, acoustic insulation, painting, signage, toilet compartments & accessories, fire extinguishers, wall & door protection, wheelchair lift, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, AC paving, and striping.
