Scope of Work: The Project includes three major scopes of work as summarized herein:
1. Replacement of the existing low-voltage switchboards serving the facility, including associated feeder modifications, terminations testing, and commissioning. The work also includes temporary power provisions, phased shutdown sequencing, and cutover coordination to maintain facility operations during construction.

2. Like-for-like replacement of Uninterrupted Power System (UPS) 2, relocation of a new like-for-like low voltage transformer replacement, and electrical connections to new mechanical equipment.

3. HVAC equipment replacement and improvement in the Telecom Room, Server Room, and UPS1 Room. The work includes air duct and AHU modifications, installation of new air circulation between the Server Room and Telecom Room, system integration with the existing BMS, testing, and commissioning; the work also includes power distribution system and HVAC equipment cutover coordination.

Estimated Construction Value: $7,800,000

WICKMAN DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION, as a Prime Contractor, is seeking bids for all trades from sub-contractors and suppliers, including bids from certified/qualified DVBE/LBE/DBE/SBE/MBE/WBE sub-contractors and suppliers, for the Project advertised as: 1011 TURK STREET SWITCHBOARD, UPS2, AND HVAC REPLACEMENT (Project #0000011919) located at 1011 Turk St., San Francisco, CA 94102. General Contractor bids are due on October 14, 2026, at 2:30 PM.

PLEASE NOTE: sub-contractor/supplier bids are due to Wickman Development & Construction NO LATER THAN 10:30 AM ON WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 14, 2026, to allow ample time for review.

Participation Goals: It is the intent of Wickman Development and Construction to reach out to DVBE/LBE/DBE/SBE/MBE/WBE firms and suppliers and provide them with an equal opportunity to bid this project in accordance with the goals established and then to fairly review and choose to include complete and timely submitted bids in our bid to the Owner based on cost.

Union Affiliations: Wickman Development and Construction is signatory to the Carpenter’s and Laborer’s Unions of Northern California Master Agreement. All sub-contractors who intend to bid scopes of work to Wickman Development and Construction that fall under the Master Agreement of these unions must also be signatory to these unions or we cannot list them for that portion of work.
