LYONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, as a Prime Contractor, is requesting quotes from all qualified sub-contractors and suppliers, including quotes from certified/qualified SBEs and DBEs sub-contractors, for the Project advertised as: PITTSBURG/BAY POINT ELEVATOR MODERNIZATION (Project #15NL-150), located at 1700 West Leland Road, Pittsburg, CA 94565, for the following items of work, including, but not limited to: elevator equipment, hydraulic systems, controls, electrical, communication, fire alarm, HVAC, machine room improvements, testing, commissioning, demolition, miscellaneous metals, glazing, metal wall panels, and a 12-month maintenance period.
