The Work includes, but is not limited to, lead abatement (if any), campus wide dry rot repair, gutter replacements and painting of all previously painted surfaces.

EVRA CONSTRUCTION, INC., as a "GENERAL CONTRACTOR", is requesting bid quotations on "ALL TRADES" from all qualified Subcontractors and Suppliers, including certified/qualified DVBE firms for the Project advertised as: ITLIONG MIDDLE SCHOOL EXTERIOR PAINTING & GUTTER REPLACEMENTS (Bid Project #758) located at 31604 Alvarado Blvd, Union City, CA 94587. General Contractor bids are due to owner on May 15, 2025, at 1:00 PM.

PLEASE NOTE: EVRA Construction is requesting Subcontractor/Supplier quotes by 11:00 AM ON THURSDAY, MAY 15, 2025 (2 hours prior to bid opening), to allow ample time for review.
