The Project is generally described as renovation of the existing lower east and west play yards and miscellaneous improvements. Work shall include, but not necessarily limited to:
1. Removal of the existing and construction of new asphalt paving.
2. Application of artificial turf, asphalt pavement resurfacing and color coating, and game line striping.
3. Removal of the existing and installation of the new play equipment and safety rubber matting in the upper west yard.
4. Construction of green infrastructure and landscape planters including planting and irrigation systems.
5. Hazardous materials and lead paint abatement as described and specified in Specification Section 00 31 26.

Estimated Construction Value: $1,400,000

BANA BUILDERS, INC., as a "GENERAL CONTRACTOR", is requesting quotations on "ALL TRADES" from all qualified Subcontractors and Material Suppliers, including certified DVBE/LBE/DBE/SBE/MBE/WBE firms, for the Project advertised as: LEONARD FLYNN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PLAY YARD IMPROVEMENTS (SFUSD Project #12406), located at 3125 Cesar Chavez St., San Francisco, CA 94110. General Contractor bids are due to Owner on May 15, 2026, at 11:00 AM.

PLEASE NOTE: Bana Builders requests sub-bids BEFORE 11:00 AM ON FRIDAY, MAY 15, 2026, to allow ample time for review.
