The Project is the rehabilitation of a single (east) facade of an existing 6-story historic brick masonry building built in 1911. The building is located at 20 Franklin Street, San Francisco, CA 94102.

The proposed Project involves exterior envelope repairs, including: existing masonry repairs, replacement of existing masonry opening infills, treatment of existing structural members, patching and repair of existing wood window framing, and exterior painting.

Engineer's Estimate: $4,000,000 - $5,000,000

W.E. LYONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, as a Prime Contractor, is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified SBE, DBE, MBE, and WBE firms for the following items of work, including, but not limited to: survey, demolition, abatement, structural concrete, masonry, masonry restoration, misc. metals, waterproofing, sheet metal, joint sealants, scaffolding, metal stud and drywall, plaster, painting, and electrical.
