The Project includes, but is not limited to, performing the following Work: Furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, except as herein specified; and doing all work associated with renovation of existing office space into new day center and night shelter for displaced community members, consisting of interior renovation of existing space including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure, new fire sprinkler and alarm system, replacement of existing sewer lateral, modification of the existing parking and site area, replacement of the existing roof system, and related finishes and modifications.

LYONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, as a Prime Contractor, is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers, including certified MBE & WBE firms, for the Project advertised as: ALAMEDA DAY CENTER RELOCATION (Project #HHS No. 25-01) for the following items of work, including, but not limited to: demolition, hazardous abatement, structural concrete, rebar, metal fabrications, hand railings, rough carpentry, casework, waterproofing, TPO roofing, sheet metal, roof specialties, firestopping sealants, HM doors/frames/hardware, wood doors, aluminum entrances, mirrors, metal framing and drywall, ceramic tile, acoustical panel ceilings, resilient flooring, tile carpeting, painting, signage, toilet compartments & accessories, fire extinguishers, window coverings, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, fire alarm, site concrete, striping, and chain link fencing.
