The Project consists of three distinct area of work within the auditorium:
1) replacing the cork flooring in the house,
2) refinishing the wood stage and steps, and
3) retrofitting the house lights with new fixtures.

PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT: Letter of Assent: All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in effect on the Project and all contractors and subcontractors bidding this project will be required to comply with the PLA. Certification of compliance with the PLA shall be confirmed via a signed Letter of Assent.

PRE-QUALIFICATION: All Bidders are hereby notified that this Project is subject to the District’s Pre-Qualification Procedure. All Prime Contractors and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Subcontractors must be prequalified in order to bid on this project. No bids will be received or opened from Bidders who have not been pre-qualified through the District’s Pre-Qualification Procedure. All Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Subcontractors listed by Bidders in Section 00 43 36 (Designated Subcontractor List) must be pre-qualified through the District’s Pre-Qualification Procedure (including C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and C-46). A bid will be non-responsive if any Mechanical, Electrical, and/or Plumbing Subcontractors are listed that have not been pre-qualified through the District’s Pre-Qualification Procedure.

Contractors shall prequalify through PQ Bids at: https://go.pqbids.com/enroll-us. Applications must be received at least ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled bid opening and must be approved at least five (5) business days prior to the scheduled bid opening in order to qualify. Approval is valid for one (1) year from the date of notice of qualification, except as noted in prequalification documents.
