The Project is generally described as, but not limited to: Removal and disposal of one (1) existing steam boiler and all related electrical and mechanical items; installation of one (1) new boiler, vacuum & condensate pump system, boiler control panel and exhaust flue, etc; all associated electrical, mechanical and miscellaneous related work to complete the installation; testing and commissioning of the new boiler system to complete the project.

General Contractor bids are due on October 7, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
