LYONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, as a Prime Contractor, is requesting quotes from all qualified sub-contractors and suppliers, including quotes from certified/qualified MBEs, WBEs, OBEs, SBEs, LBEs, and DVBEs sub-contractors, for the Project advertised as: ROOFTOP CHILLER REPLACEMENT (Project #WH364 A/B), located at 151 Linus Pauling Dr, Hercules, CA 94547, for the following items of work, including, but not limited to: demolition, structural steel, miscellaneous metals, rough carpentry, tapered roof insulation, modified bituminous membrane, sheet metal flashing, self-adhered flashing, sealants & caulking, hoisting, HVAC, BMS, and electrical.
